My Services
I work with each client to create a custom massage session based on your needs, incorporating a broad spectrum of modalities, including myofascial reslease, trigger point therapy, structural bodywork, traditional Swedish massage, and reiki. There are no added fees for anything, whether it be cupping or added essential oils.
I can provide services at home for select clients, and others can book with me at Harmony on Hope in Providence.
Home sessions
One Hour
$110
An hour massage is perfect for a head-to-toe restoration. For those in need of deeper work, this session provides enough time to dig into common areas, like the upper back, neck, and shoulders.
Ninety Minute
$160
The full body experience—this session includes detailed work for the full body and allows me to spend even more time untangling trigger points up and down the entire body.
Two Hour
$200
A truly transformative session. Expect detailed work in every part of the body, releasing tension all the way from the scalp and jaw to the soles of the feet. Take your time reentering the world after this—you’re gonna need it.
Techniques, modalities, and additions
Trigger Point Release
Muscle knots, adhesions, trigger points—whatever you may call them, you know you want them gone. Through sustained, precise pressure applied to and around the trigger point, I can release knots and restore mobility.
Myofascial Release
Fascia is the connective tissue that holds our muscles in place. Through slow, consistent pressure, this connective tissue can be loosened, allowing muslces to flex and bend to their full extent.
Reiki
As a trained reiki practioner, I can use the techniques I’ve learned to help retore balance to your energetic self.
My Story
My journey into massage began the same way as that of many other therapists—I received an transformative service at a time in my life when I was most in need. Now I work to show people that same level of care and attention, so that they may move through the world with greater ease and comfort.
I am a graduate of the prestigious Lincoln Technical Institute in beautiful Lincoln, Rhode Island. Since obtaining my license in 2020, I have taken workshops in structural bodywork, myofascial release, reiki, and prenatal massage. I am constantly adding new skills to my repertoire, and I would love to share them with you!
